"The new location is going to allow for Nurse Practitioners to provide care within their education and training, and provide opportunity to develop an interdisciplinary clinic that includes both mental and physical health care
in one location."

-Denise Hershey,
PhD, FNP-BC

At this new location, you will able to receive care from

  • Kristin Castine,DNP, RN, ANP-BC
  • Patrick Crane, DNP, RN, AGPCNP-BC
  • Katherine Dontje, PhD, FNP-BC, FAANP
  • Denise Hershey, PhD, FNP-BC

Additionally, we are happy to introduce a new provider to the team!

  • Mary Chenge, DNP, AGNP-BC

"I’m excited to join this team at the new location because it’ll be a Nurse Practitioner clinic which means our patients will receive holistic care with the combination of both medicine and nursing at a lower cost.

A solid body of evidence has shown that NPs provide high-quality cost-effective care. As a junior NP, I’m excited to get the chance to work alongside and learn from these
experienced NPs.
"
