COVID-19 Safety Measures

Pre-Appointment screening

  • Patients are contacted prior to the office visit
  • Appointments rescheduled if showing COVID symptoms or had exposure

Screening at Check-In

  • Ask patients if they have any symptoms, COVID exposure or recent travel
  • Temperature checks

Social Distancing Efforts

  • Waiting rooms limited to maintain social distancing
  • Staggered appointments to reduce the number of people in waiting rooms

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • PPE required for all staff when entering facilities and while in the clinic setting
  • Masks required and provided for all visitors

Additional Cleaning

  • Increased rounding to monitor cleaning all high-touch areas per CDC Guidelines

Visitor Restrictions

  • Limit of one guest per patient or two guests per newborn patient

Telehealth – Virtual Visits

  • Telehealth available for non-essential visits
  • Patients should contact the office to request in-person visits
