We offer multiple avenues to be able to pay your bill including online bill pay, by mail, by phone, or in person at one of our patient account locations.
We offer the convenience of online bill payment. Available day or night, the free service is always on. The system uses the latest security and encryption methods to complete your transaction.
Please have your invoice and credit, debit or health spending account card with you. You will need the information from these sources to complete the transaction.
MyMSUHealth portal users: Patients with a MyMSUHealth portal account can always sign into their portal to make a payment.
Guest Payments for Patients: Patients can make secure online payments without a MyMSUHealth portal account. In order to use the guest payment service, you must have an email on file. Payment emails are sent before a statement is generated. Emails are sent to the patient if there is no guarantor, the guarantor if it is filled out, and family members with billing access to the patient's MyMSUHealth account. Payments can be made at https://payment.athenahealth.com
If you are on or near campus, you may prefer to pay your bill in person.
Our patient account representatives are available at two locations. We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, and American Express), debit cards, and health spending account cards.

We accept checks and credit cards by mail. Please use the envelope provided along with your invoice for the fastest service. Please do not staple your check to the invoice. Allow ten business days for your payment to be processed.
