Our office hours at the Medical Office Building (MOB), 4660 S. Hagadorn Road, Suite 112, East Lansing, MI 48823, are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for lunch).

At the Clinical Center, 804 Service Road, A109K, hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (both locations are closed 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for lunch). Please call 1-800-964-3968, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Payments are applied to the oldest outstanding charges on your account. Please allow ten business days for your payment to be reflected on your account.
