Sign Up for Your New MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart Patient Portal
MSU Health Care will transition to Henry Ford Health’s electronic health record and billing systems (EPIC/MyChart) on January 31, 2026.
Sign up for your new MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart account at mychart.hfhs.org/msuhealthcare. From the log in page, you’ll click on the green sign up icon and then provide your name, contact information and date of birth. You do not need an activation code – look for the “No activation code?” section.

Want to access past services?
Access to your old MyMSUHealth Athena Health patient portal will continue to be available for viewing and paying bills for services received before January 31.
