Patient-Centered Primary Care

In addition to the specialty services we are most known for, MSU Health Care also has a primary care practice, consisting of pediatrics, family medicine, and internal medicine.

All of our primary care offices provide comprehensive care and focus on keeping you well through a patient-centered approach, which is why our hard-working providers have earned Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan’s Patient Centered Medical Home distinction. We are pleased to earn this distinction because BCBSM Patient Centered Medical Home practices have a lower rate of ER visits and hospital stays for both adults and children.

Comprehensive Care

MSU Health Care provides the most comprehensive services in Mid-Michigan. Our primary care providers help keep you well and administer preventive care for the youngest through our most geriatric neighbors, while our sports medicine providers are at the ready on the field to respond to acute athletic injuries.

You can often find us collaborating to solve problems and transform lives within our community. We help bring advanced health care to the area through vital partnerships such as the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and the Interventional Neurology Stroke service at Sparrow. We provide the Trauma Surgeons for Sparrow Hospital’s Trauma Center and the Neonatologists for Sparrow Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Our recently announced partnership with Henry Ford Health System is poised to address disparities in health care through teaching and research collaborations alongside clinical care will bring more to address our communities needs.
