Hoch Named Senior Director of Business Development

MSU Health Care is pleased to announce Ceirra Hoch as Senior Director of Business Development. Hoch has a master’s in business administration from Washington State University and she has many years of experience in project management and development. Hoch’s first day in her new role was July 2023, and she reports to Seth Ciabotti, Chief Executive Officer. Her initial focus is strategic development, managing and implementing developmental strategies for a wide variety of projects within MSU Health Care, as well as managing business relations with external entities. 

Hoch has been with MSU Health Care for the last 4 years where she was previously the Director of Projects. Hoch directed the implementation of MSU Health Care Laboratories, communicated and coordinated with business partners, and led the management through health care service expansions. Before this position, she was a Project Manager for MSU Health Care, where she managed key cross-promotional project initiatives, developed analytical frameworks, and evaluated and made recommendations to the CEO and chief operating officer on project engagement based on the overall impact on MSU Health Care’s strategy. Hoch was also a Practice Development Coordinator for the MSU College of Human Medicine where she identified decision-makers within organizations and engaged with them to cultivate referral opportunities and maintained an in-depth working knowledge of services and procedures available at MSU Health Care clinics. 

As Senior Director of Business Management, Hoch is responsible for working with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer to secure high-value initiatives along with leading project managers to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Hoch is additionally responsible for identifying the need for and assisting in establishing and updating organizational policies that promote positive company culture and vision.
