Sidney Horak, PTA, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at MSU Health Care Physical & Occupational Therapy, with a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation and clinical interests in sports rehabilitation, cupping therapy, and postoperative rehabilitation. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care and supporting individuals through all phases of recovery to help them return to optimal function.

Sidney earned her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from Baker College of Owosso, graduating Cum Laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine with a minor in Coaching from Saginaw Valley State University, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal health, movement science, and therapeutic interventions.

Her clinical experience includes rotations in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including Lansing Rehab Services, Peak Performance, and Mary Free Bed at Covenant Hospital. These experiences allowed her to refine her skills in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient communication.

Sidney brings a strong foundation in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education to her role at MSU Health Care.
