MSU Health Care is transitioning to the MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart system beginning January 31, 2026. This change is designed to improve your care experience and provide more integrated access to your health information.
Sign up for your new patient portal today
You can sign up for your MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart account at mychart.hfhs.org/msuhealthcare. From the log in page, you’ll click on the green sign up icon and then provide your name, contact information and date of birth. You do not need an activation code – look for the “No activation code?” section.
If you already have appointments scheduled for January 31 or later, you can anticipate receiving appointment reminders from Henry Ford Health. For services received before January 31, you’ll be able to view information in your existing Athena Health patient portal.
