  2. MSU Health Care primary care clinics accept new patients with appointments available EVERY WEEKDAY. Call (844) 678-7883 to schedule your appointment.

MSU Health Care Neurology provides comprehensive neurological and subspecialty care for stroke, epilepsy and movement disorders. In addition, the Department of Neurology participates in leading edge research and is a large training center for young neurologists from the U.S., Europe and Asia.

The Center for Medicaid and Medicare, CMS, awarded MSU Health Care Pharmacy 5 stars for patients refilling their medication for cholesterol, diabetes and hypertension. We also offer free delivery within 30 miles, 1:1 medication consultation, and vaccines.
  7. Access to the latest advancements from a growing Spartan health system with the opening of our state-of-the-art imaging services facility at the Izzo Family Medical Center. Scan times are reduced by up to 75% depending on the scan type. Additionally this year, we have added private-duty home care services with laboratory services to open soon.
