Welcome to the MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart Patient Portal
Your MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart account is where you can schedule appointments, send a message to your doctor, view test results, request a medication refill or pay a bill. You can also review your medications, allergies and immunizations.

Need to sign up for a MyChart account?
If you don’t already have an MSU Health Care/Henry Ford My Chart account, you can sign up for one. From the log in page, you’ll click on the green sign-up icon and then provide your name, contact information and date of birth. You do not need an activation code – look for the “No activation code?” section.

Want to access past services?
Access to your MyMSUHealth Athena Health patient portal is available to view and pay bills for services received before January 31, 2026.

University Health and Wellbeing patients | Campus Health Services and CAPS at Olin Health Center
Students using Campus Health Services or CAPS at Olin Health Services will continue to use the MSU Health Care Athena Patient Portal to review your health information. If you have questions, visit uhw.msu.edu or call (517) 353-4660.

Once logged into MyChart, you can use the menu to access Communication Preferences and customize how you receive different types of messages, including appointment reminders.
