The first time you use MyMSUHealth, you will need to register your account by following these 4 easy steps: 

1. Go to myhealth.msu.edu and click Sign up today to create a new account.
   
   
2. Enter your name, date of birth and contact information. This needs to match what we have on file. (If you are signing up as a Family Member make sure to enter the patient’s information on this screen.)
   
   
3. Enter the temporary passcode we send you. We can send you a temporary passcode by email, call or text.
   
   
4. Create a new password. Your password must be 8-20 characters and include one upper and one lower case letter and one number or symbol.

MSU Health Care will transition to Henry Ford Health’s electronic health record and billing systems (Epic/MyChart) on January 31, 2026. This will include a new patient portal experience.
