What kind of an appointment do I need?

Evaluation of new injuries or problems of the muscles, ligaments and joints which can wait for a convenient appointment. | New bone, ligament, or joint injuries or symptoms with onset in the last 48 hours that limit regular activity and need to be seen urgently. | Return visit after a problem or injury has been evaluated by our team or to follow up after imaging such as MRI, CT or EMG. |

Scheduling Non-Urgent Appointments
Our offices are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, with each physician offering office hours on different days of the week. To schedule an appointment or to learn more about the services we provide, please call 517.884.6100 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm or use our schedulerbot, click the side tab/button to request your appointment now.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Appointments
Your appointment time is very important to us and we will give you our undivided attention. We request your cooperation by being on time for your appointments and by having all appropriate forms, authorizations, identification, insurance information and x-rays that may be necessary for your visit with us.
If you must cancel your appointment, we request 24 hours notice so that we may give your appointment time to another patient.

Imaging for Appointments
If an x-ray is needed for your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior your appointment time.
If you have external imaging not performed at MSU Health Care Imaging Services, please bring a copy, on CD, of your imaging for your provider to review at your visit.

Scheduling Your Surgery
MSU Health Care Sports Medicine has an excellent group of orthopedic surgeons. They specialize in sports related injuries. Once you and your physician have decided that surgery is the best treatment option, for your convenience you can schedule your surgical appointment at our office or over the telephone. Our Orthopedic Surgeons are affiliated with Sparrow Health System Sparrow Main and St. Lawrence Campus, McLaren Orthopedic Hospital, Red Cedar Surgery Center, and the Michigan Surgical Center.
