Patient & Visitor Information

How We Are Keeping You Safe

  • Patients & visitors are to wear some form of face mask. Home-made is acceptable.
  • Patients who wear a mask with a vent or valve will be provided a surgical mask to wear as the CDC cautions these masks do not offer the same level of protection from COVID-19 transmission.
  • Do not enter or keep appointments if you are having flu-like symptoms.
  • Patients with cold and flu symptoms please call your clinic prior to visiting. Visit the CDC's website about the similarities and differences between influenza (flu) and COVID-19.
  • Visitor Restrictions: One guest per patient and two guests per newborn patient.

If you have an appointment and are concerned if you should still attend in-person, please utilize our Telehealth Services.
