Patient & Visitor Information

How We Are Keeping You Safe

  • Patients & visitors are to wear some form of face mask. Home-made is acceptable.
  • Patients who wear a mask with a vent or valve will be provided a surgical mask to wear as the CDC cautions these masks do not offer the same level of protection from COVID-19 transmission.
  • Do not enter or keep appointments if you are having flu-like symptoms.
  • Patients with cold and flu symptoms please call your clinic prior to visiting. Visit the CDC's website about the similarities and differences between influenza (flu) and COVID-19.
  • Visitor Restrictions: One guest per patient and two guests per newborn patient.

Patient Appointments

If you have symptoms of the flu or cold, please contact the COVID-19 Triage Line prior to your appointment. Our operators are trained to triage cases. If you have an appointment and are concerned to attend, please utilize our Telehealth Services.

All of our office locations with their respective numbers can be found on our directory page.
